APPLE & PINEAPPLE

JUICE BLEND

4 apples, peeled and cored

½ cup fresh pineapple cut in chunks

½ tsp ground cinnamon

4 cups apple juice

Place apples and pineapple in a microwave

safe bowl, add 2 tbsp. of water. Cover and cook

on High for 6 minutes or until very tender.

Spoon the mixture into the Pitcher and add

the cinnamon and ice cubes. Blend on 2 until

smooth. For a smoother blend, add apple juice to

reduce the pulp.

15 minutes • makes 4 servings
